Description: The omnipresence of pharmacopoeia in our daily lives. Vital, indispensable to our survival in certain phases of our existence, it has also become essential for performance, sleep, making life sweeter, calming hyperactive children, standardizing our behavior and enabling us to put up with a slightly crazy society. Not to mention the opioid scandals and the excesses of the pharmaceutical industry.

I found it interesting to create this sculpture with a strong contrast between the material, the pop color and the gravity of the subject. I left only one pill unused on the plate, the dizziness of withdrawal...
